02 Eligibility

Swiss Watch Company buys, sells, trades, and repairs pre-owned and new luxury watches and fine jewelry, including but not limited to Rolex, Tudor, Cartier, Omega, and Tag Heuer. Product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing on the site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
04 Selling or Trading Items to Us
If you submit an item for sale, trade, appraisal, or quote through the site (including via our “Sell to Us” pages or contact forms):
- You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the item, or are authorized to sell or offer it, and that the item is not stolen, counterfeit, or subject to any lien or encumbrance.
- Any quote, offer, or valuation provided through the site is preliminary and non-binding until confirmed after in-person inspection and authentication of the item.
- We reserve the right to decline any item, offer, or transaction at our sole discretion, including where authenticity, ownership, or condition cannot be verified.
- Transactions involving the purchase of secondhand jewelry, watches, or precious metals may be subject to applicable state and local recordkeeping or reporting requirements, and you agree to provide accurate identification and information as required.
05 Payments
We accept major credit cards, Zelle, and bank wire transfers as indicated on the site. All transactions are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction suspected of fraud, error, or unauthorized activity.
06 Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and the overall design and layout — is owned by or licensed to Swiss Watch Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13 Privacy

14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
